My experience at this hotel was wonderful, with incredible service from check-in to arranging transport back to the airport. The rooms were spotless and spacious, with amazing views of the pool and river. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ancient old town, and the complimentary daily massages were a delightful bonus. However, I noticed that the pool could get quite busy at times, which might be a downside for some. Overall, I felt it was great value for money.
